Awareness Campaign: Let Us Thrive
Design Brief:
This project is dedicated to spreading awareness for transgender healthcare which is something that is very important to me and to countless others. I wanted to focus on the importance of trans healthcare and how it is essential for people in order to live. The message I wanted this series to display was to remind people that trans healthcare is healthcare for ALL.
I wanted to utilize the forms of butterflies to represent the transgender community. As a trans person, I feel that the process of the caterpillar transforming into a butterfly is very similar to the experience of transitioning.
The campaign design utilizes aspects of nature and growth to symbolize trans joy and the importance of receiving proper medical care.
